Mail center

The Albany international airport has a Mail center and located on the first level of the terminal near the Information Desk. A U.S. Postal service mailbox also found in the Mail Center. The pick-up times are Monday-Friday, 5 p.m.; Saturday, 1 p.m. There is no pick-up on Sunday.

United Parcel Service offers shipping and pick-up service at the Mail Center. The service is available on Monday-Friday at 5:30 p.m. Passengers should be aware that there is no weekend or holiday pick-up.


FedEx offers pick-up service at the Mail Center. You can pick up your packages Monday-Friday at 7 p.m. There is no Sunday pick-up.


The Albany International Airport provides automated machines at three very convenient locations.

Key Bank located on the 1st floor near the Information Desk.

Bank of America and Key Bank located at Concourse –C.

Lost & Found

The Albany International Airport Lost and Floun office located on the first floor of the terminal, in the Operation center. This service is only for the ALB lost and found, so they can contact you if there is any misplaced item in the airport lost and found. The transportation security administration (TSA) has its own lost and located service center, and if you think that you may leave an item behind at the Albany TSA checkpoint, please contact the TSA coordination Center at 518 452-4247. If a passenger lost something within the airport, he/she could contact his/her airline.

Telephone located throughout the terminal a parking garage, All local calls cost twenty-five cents. Each phone is provided with a computer input to allow the practical use of laptop computers.

Airport phones also offer free service to connect with airport airlines, security, and paging.

Electric Car charging

Now, there are six (6)

available stations at Albany international airport. You can charge your electric car for free, Charging stations located on the second-floor parking garage facing the terminal and ground level.


Wheelchair service an Albany International is available, and its provided by prime flight attendants. Please contact your airline reservation desk to pre-arrange wheelchair service at airline gates. Prime Flight serves the following airlines: Allegiant, American, Delta, JetBlue, and Southwest.
